By using the UBAK website at gotubak.com, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

About the site

This site presents UBAK, a product of RepSociety, and lets you join the private beta list or contact us. UBAK is still in development, and the features described here may change before launch.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully, to provide accurate information in our forms and not to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site.

Content and brand

The content, visuals, product screenshots, the UBAK name and the UBAK logo belong to RepSociety and may not be reused without our written permission.

Availability

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors.

Changes

We may update these terms as UBAK evolves. The version published on this page is the one in effect.
