What this policy covers

This policy explains how RepSociety handles the information you share with us through the UBAK website at gotubak.com. It does not cover the UBAK application, which will have its own terms when it becomes available.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you send us through our forms: your name, your email address, what you sell, your company name if you provide it, your message and the language you selected.

We also record basic technical details attached to a submission, such as the date and time and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived from.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to contact you about the UBAK private beta and to understand which reps are interested in the product. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Storage and service providers

Submissions are stored in our hosting and database provider and are sent to us by email. Only the RepSociety team can access them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us, or to remove you from the beta list. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.
