Built from the road. Not a boardroom.
UBAK started with a simple problem: field sales reps spend too much time trying to remember what happened, what needs to happen next and where everything was written down.
Notes, follow-ups, customer information, opportunities, appointments and reminders end up scattered between notebooks, inboxes, calendars, CRMs and memory.
UBAK is being built to bring that work together around the person who actually needs it every day — the rep.
Work shouldn’t follow you home.
UBAK started with a problem I was experiencing myself as a field sales rep: the workday didn’t always end after the last customer visit.
There were still notes to organize, follow-ups to schedule, emails to send, opportunities to capture and all the little things you were trying not to forget for tomorrow.
But what really pushed me to do something about it was seeing the same thing happening around me.
I watched colleagues continue working until 8, 9, sometimes 10 at night just trying to stay on top of everything. Great salespeople doing their best, while administrative work slowly took over more and more of their evenings.
As a father, that hit differently.
When my workday ends, I want to be able to go home and be present with my family. I don’t want to have to choose between being a great sales rep and having time for the people who matter most to me.
And I don’t think other reps should have to make that choice either.
That is where the idea behind UBAK came from.
Not simply another CRM.
Not another tool to manage.
But a copilot designed to take some of the administrative work that follows reps home off their shoulders — so they can stay organized, follow through, grow their territory and, when the workday is over, actually be done for the day.
Focus on sales. For the rest, we’ve got UBAK.
Built for sales reps,by sales reps.
UBAK began from firsthand field sales experience and has continued to evolve with ideas, feedback and real-world situations shared by other sales reps.
The goal is not to guess how reps work from behind a desk.
It is to build around the realities of a day in the territory — customer visits, follow-ups, changing schedules, opportunities, commitments and the administrative work that follows you home.
A tool you use.Not a tool used on you.
Being Rep First is not simply a marketing position. It comes directly from the reason UBAK was created.
UBAK is designed primarily to make the individual field rep more organized, prepared and productive — helping them remember commitments, prepare follow-ups, capture important information and manage opportunities.
It is not being built around constant monitoring or making the rep feel like someone is looking over their shoulder.
The rep stays in control of their information and the actions UBAK prepares.
UBAK won’t eliminate every administrative task. But it is built to reduce the repetitive work that follows reps home — and help them reclaim more of their own time when the workday is over.
